Parking Information
Delegates may park their vehicles for a fee in the parking space within the PICC premises. There are also several open parking areas within the nearby Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex.
Onsite Registration and Conference ID Badge
Participants whose registration for the Conference has been approved by the Secretariat will receive a confirmation email with their conference ticket. Participants are required to present this conference ticket with a government-issued photo identification card to claim their Conference ID badge. ID badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the conference venue. Only registered participants will be allowed access to the Conference premises.
Registration desks will open at 8:00AM on October 28, 2024. The Secretariat may also reach out to Manila-based entities, such as Embassies, for possible early claiming of ID badges.
Bilateral Rooms
Bilateral rooms will be available for delegations and participants during the following schedules:

Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes per bilateral meeting.

The WPS Conference Secretariat will send a confirmation email to the requesting delegation as soon as the room assignment is approved.
Accommodation and Transportation
Participants arranging their own accommodation are encouraged to stay near the PICC and in the neighboring Mall of Asia and Manila Bay area.

Alternatively, participants can opt to take a taxi or book a car through the Grab mobile application for transportation to the PICC, their hotel, and other destinations around Manila.
Visa Information
The Philippines extends “No-Visa Entry” for nationals of 157 Countries for a stay not exceeding 30 days, provided that these nationals are holders of a passport valid for at least six months beyond their contemplated period of stay in the Philippines and a return ticket to their country of origin or a ticket and/or visa to their next country of designation. Participants who are required to apply for a visa before entering the Philippines are advised to lodge their visa applications and documentary requirements at the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate. Arrival in Manila
Manila has one international airport, Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) also known as Manila International Airport (MIA). NAIA has four terminals, of which Terminals 1 and 3 cater to international flights.
Upon arrival at NAIA, travelers will need to present an e-travel pass. Please complete this process by visiting https://etravel.gov.ph/ before departing your country of origin to ensure smooth arrival in Manila.
Please be informed that when departing NAIA, passengers are advised to arrive 3-4 hours before their flight to ensure enough time for flight check-in and immigration requirements.
